As a Registered Behavior Technician, I am responsible for delivering direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to clients using effective and prepared intervention strategies. These strategies have a goal of evoking desired behaviors, weakening undesirable behaviors, continuously assessing and capitalizing on motivation using preferred materials while collecting data. I am also responsible for appropriately arranging the environment for the delivery of necessary treatment for clients, collecting and documenting data, and billing.

As an Assistant Coach, I was responsible for daily practice planning with the rest of the coaching staff. Aside from practice and game planning, my other main responsibilities were organizing all travel plans from booking flights/hotels to arranging charter buses and the planning of all team events ranging from our end of the season banquet to yearly alumni events. I coordinated with our team's Academic Advisor to monitor the progress of our student-athletes and make sure they were on track for graduation while also maintaining our team 3.0 GPA. I helped recruit potential and current student-athletes to Michigan State University through personal connections in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

As a Therapist, I worked with a 14-year-old diagnosed with a rare neurological disability called Rett Syndrome, often closely assimilated to Autism or Cerebral Palsy. I was responsible for receiving her from school and facilitating her ABA therapy. Goals of therapy were to reinforce positive behaviors, teach new life skills, and reduce interfering behaviors in the patient. In addition to therapy, I taught her the use of Sign Language and helped strengthen her ability to walk on her own under supervision.

As an Undergrad Assistant Coach, I helped organize practices which included demonstrating drills and developing players' skills. I was also responsible for game-day filming and breakdown analysis as well as organizing travel plans for the team during the season.

I was a 4-year starter on the Varsity Field Hockey team while attending The Ohio State University and was named Team Captain during my senior season.
