I am creative, collaborative research and policy leader with two decades of experience building evidence to influence policy decision-making in the fields of maternal and reproductive health. My approach draws heavily on my early learnings from my experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Guinea, in West Africa. When I’m not working, I’m either watching or playing team sports with my son or helping my son's Golden Gate Team get ready for their volunteer experience to Senegal this summer to help build a school with buildOn. If any interest in Leo's team, please check out: https://act.buildon.org/LeoBean-Senegal-2025.
