As Principal Investigator for Title X Implementation Study, responsible for developing data collection protocol to respond to research questions and quality assurance of product deliverables; directed comprehensive update of Quality Family Planning recommendations to guide provision of quality care to the more than 2.6 M people in the U.S. that access SRH care through the Title X program; this new guidance is featured in a Special Supplement of the AJPM in November 2024.* Led independent evaluations for USAID.
