For over 40 years, Tribuild has been providing construction project management for all sizes of jobs. Administrative lead, I maintain the Procore subcontractor database, improving the search function by implementing the tag words feature to allow for better trade services identification. Maintaining the safety compliance data and documents; contacting current subtrades for essential information with a 100% response rate.At the front desk, I oversee the operation of the lean head office. As the first contact, I prioritize incoming calls, address inquiries and answer concerns. When required I provide outbound project support by contacting subcontractor for quotes for tender preparation. I manage the accounts payable workflow. Responsible for incoming accounts email, I receive and review incoming invoices for approvals, and accuracy. Using my excellent data entry skills to entering 100+ invoices weekly. My timely entering of invoices helps to assist with maintaining project budgets and workflows.My excellent relationship management skills help maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and clients. I am skilled at active listening and providing confidence in my ability to investigate and provide answers.I embrace new technologies that enhance the automation of processing. I am assisting with implementing new payroll applications to streamline and automate payroll.
