Experienced writer and editor with a demonstrated history of working in various industries, including journalism, corporate marketing, and the worlds of non-profits, education and banking. I consider myself a careful, yet enthusiastic writer, editor, communications professional and all-around curious person who desires stimulation and collaboration in a creative field.Transitioning to education in the last couple of years was not a broad step; I switched my focus to substitute teaching and a volunteer involvement in elementary school PTA, which has given me a whole new set of skills to use in a variety of jobs. I am now a better manager, creative thinker, organizer and delegator. I can juggle mutliple duties, peoples and personalities, which many of us have had to adapt to in this new, mostly virtual world in which we live. I still have a robust work ethic and am looking to step out of my box and into a new adventure, possibly an entirely new role.
