Lms Specialist
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to include managers, instructional designers and coworkers to support training announcements, updates, content deployment, annual convention planning and other initiatives.Support all learners and their managers, HR, Legal, Training & Development, Communication and Operations team objectives.Administer the My ADP Learning Management System, Tortal LMS and Franklin Covey platforms for 16K Rent-A-Center learners to include executives, field support employees, multi-level field managers, field coworkers and franchisees.• Test and upload courses, assignments and certificates.• Build curricula and user groups for new hire onboarding, HR/Safety annual compliance and career development programs.• Plan, create, schedule and maintain communications, deployment, progress reports, and rosters for targeted employee development programs.• Execute course enhancements and fixes in course authoring software as needed to update content and address any LMS completion issue.• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements by working with LMS, IT and HR system support teams to initiate new features and fix problems.• Adhere to file system versioning standards.• Complete regular auditing, clean up and system maintenance.• Demonstrate and teach LMS functionality to Mexico and Franchise admins.• Resolve ServiceNow tickets and training inbox emails daily.• Design interactive and simple to use Excel tracking reports and dashboards using Power Query, Power Pivot and Macros to include; 1. Completion, compliance and self-service reports for field managers and executive managers, HR and auditors 2. Legal department reports to include data from legacy LMS platforms
