My primary role at TCOYD was centered on leading integrated marketing initiatives, event/organizational wide branding/messaging, and event management for national HCP & patient programs centered on diabetes education & care. Oversaw & Managed: - Website rebuild including rebranding and restructuring, logo modernization, WordPress platform upgrade + mobile optimization, and all copy/content creation.- Design & development of multi-tiered email communication strategy, including template design, copy/content development, editing.- The development of all print marketing materials (brochures, postcards, and ads) including design conceptualization and copy/content.- All CME programming from pre-event planning, to day-of event management and post event reconciliation.- CME funding, grant writing, program and budget reconciliation. Served As Lead For:- New Constituent Management System design, development, implementation and data migration. - Custom API build for automated data flow from website registration portal to customized CMS.Additional Responsibilities Included:- Curating, editing, and SEO optimization of all blog content.- Writing & crafting original & compelling content on a variety of topics including, health, lifestyle, technological advances, product and pharmaceutical launches, human interest pieces, fundraising and donor relations.- Driving multi-faceted marketing & outreach campaigns in order to drive event registration conversions.- Developing and maintaining 15+ vital partner relationships to organically increase company reach and awareness. - Developing all digital marketing assets and social media account management.

My primary role at Cuyamaca College was centered on developing and managing high school to community college matriculation programs in addition to assisting with college wide marketing, branding and event initiatives. Key Responsibilities Included: - Working closely with a variety of community contacts in order to implement educational transition programs in all high schools across the Grossmont Union High School District.- Leading and participating in event planning committees and execute college & community wide events.- Creating and developing content for all Outreach Dept. webpages, educational content, brochures, and program flyers.- Managing a team of 10 – 12 part-time Student Ambassadors.
