Product Procurement: Issue purchase orders to our overseas vendors in Russia, Indonesia, Brazil, Romania, Australia, and Vietnam.Contracts: Manage multiple vendor contracts with values up to $750K.Cost Estimates: Provide landed cost estimates to our salespeople across the United States so they can accurately quote the product to our end customers and maintain sales margins.Order Tracking/Expediting: Communicate with all vendors on the weekly basis to make sure our multimillion-dollar order file is accurate in our company database. Function as a liaison between vendors, sales, finance, and transportation/documentation teams.Customs Compliance: Maintain documentation from vendors confirming their compliance with Lacey Act, TSCA, and FSC are current. Documents are posted on our company SharePoint. Work closely with our compliance manager and assist with yearly audits.Inventory Management – Receive product into our company database upon confirmation of shipment from the overseas port so that we can track product from the foreign port to the destination location giving all departments visibility of what is in transit.Forecasting: Create weekly Excel based reports forecasting estimated weekly payments, product receipt at foreign ports, and product receipts at final destinations for our entire order file. These are used by our Finance, Product Management, and S&OP teams to manage cash flow and inventory.Excel: Export data from our company database into workbooks that utilize Vlookups, pivot tables, and links to multiple sheets. Training: Part of a team that writes SOPs and trains employees on our Lumber Trak database system. Additionally, I perform system tests prior to new upgrade releases to make sure there are not any bugs prior to releasing the changes into production.

Function as a liaison between external customers, sales, production, accounts receivable and transportation.Inventory management: Send weekly Excel based inventory reports to all our 3rd Party Warehouses. Research and resolve any discrepancies.Product Allocation: Assign customer orders to mill production. Work with mill managers to create weekly cut schedules.Order Entry/Invoicing: Upon receipt of purchase orders from external customers, enter the sales orders into our system. If orders were shipping from 3rd party warehouses, I would arrange trucking and complete shipments in our system upon confirmation from the warehouses and generate invoices to the customers.
