I am a Masters-prepared Epidemiologist. The majority of my career has focused on examining trends of infectious diseases, specifically sexually transmitted diseases. I have previously worked for the Chicago Department of Public Health, eventually reaching a supervisory role as the Director of the STD Surveillance Program, and the University of Washington as a data analyst and researcher. I have completed coursework towards a PhD degree as well as assisted in teaching undergraduate level epidemiology courses and graduate data analysis courses. I then became a Research Analyst-Advanced with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. I am currently a Research Scientist and the Hospital Data Steward with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health, Office of Health Informatics, Health Services Research Unit.Specialties: Data analysis using STATA and SAS, data management including database creation, surveillance, and public health
