Developed the Retail and E-Commerce business for the Dockers brand within Levi Strauss & Co. Launched e-commerce business for Dockers Brand. Managed the product life cycle from concept / merchandising / production to marketing / web hosting agreements and fulfillment center management.

Managed the $180 million Baby Accessories and Sleepwear business including product development, production and financial planning.

Developed a long term strategic plan for the global Gap Inc. Outlet division, which included long range financial, marketing, and new store opening plans. Created a market entry plan for Latin America on behalf of all Gap Inc. brands.Planned for and launch of Old Navy Plus Size products and created structure for a Fabric R&D team to lead innovation in the Old Navy Design organization. Managed consumer research, analysis, competitor benchmarking, development of go-forward recommendations for business units and regular presentation of findings to C-level management and the Gap Inc. Board of Directors.

Led Outlet division and brand expansion in EMEA, Canada and Japan including field leadership training and development, new store operations, merchandising, and in store marketing. Created a wholesale product pipeline and managing the disposition of excess inventory while establishing and maintaining trademark protection in emerging markets. Increased average recovery on liability inventory sales. Restructured the operations at National Recovery Center to increase unit throughput to clear profitability hurdles for the first time in a decade, generating additional profit for the organization.
