Within 6 months of onboarding and with much negotiation, we successfully expanded into an out of area retail space to secure and increase our YTD results. Achieved double digit growth month over month with a focus on increasing the average basket.

Led a team of 25 merchandisers and oversaw 125 various retail accounts across North York. Embodied strategic schedule management (both for seasonal sales + making connections with GMs) and partnered with inside sales team to be top referring recruiter delivering on key locations to further prospect. Seasonal sell-in success YOY and coached/mentored team for effective work strategies based on store needs with the purpose of creating customized habits to increase results and create strategic + independent thinkers. Developed strong relationships with store managers, general managers, and owners in order to make proactive recommendations to boost sales in pockets of some of the busiest neighborhoods in Toronto.

Team Lead across multiple locations in the GTA core. Managed training, payroll, recruiting, budgeting, store maintenance + provincial marketing. Collective retail outlets increased between 5-10% on average YOY. In this new role I became the recruiter and trainer of additional staff at our counter locations. Strategically supported brands DNA across various retail locations and engaged with each retailers strength to achieve meaningful connections with customers leading to repeat purchases.
