Vice President Of Operations
CurrentI was recently promoted to V.P. after serving as the Plant Manager for almost 10 years. My intention is to continue working to improve and expand operations at WGS in a manner that is consistent with the goals I've set for myself, the staff, and the company and by renewing and strengthening the partnerships we've fostered over 65 years of business. Renovations to the facility have begun with a brand new dock and ramp at our warehouse and an automated pallet wrapping machine which will reduce staging time significantly. Upgrades to key production equipment will automate tasks that were previously monitered or performed by staff and will free them to do other production related tasks. Renovations to the lab provide us an opportunity to expand our quality control and R&D capabilities by updating equipment and adding trained personnel. The rehabilitation and renovation of two under used buildings will add usable space for future projects including a hot room, an industrial grinding room for reducing particulate size for some of our customers who require powdered waxes, an automated drumming station, and more drum storage space.WGS will also be attending and exhibiting at several trade shows this year for the first time!
