Built the pioneer packaging department at Fluidmaster, including development of package test protocols, material validation trials on packaging lines, standards for specifications, etc. Cost savings projects totaled $1.2m on an annual basis. Cost savings achieved through consolidation of packaging parts, material specification changes and packaging process changes. Implemented an in-house packaging graphic design process, managed the $700K budget for packaging design (replacing outside marketing agency). Managed the in-house process, which included art direction, copy/editorial development, photography, and print production management for domestic/international market.
