Formerly Thomson Reuters Expert Witness Services. After being purchased back by the original partners, we are returning to our previous name -- Round Table Group. My job is to help ensure we maintain our high standards and continue with minimal disruption as we transform from being a small part of a stellar multinational company into a nimble, responsive small company. Through this change we intend to serve our clients better and react faster.

I focus on optimizing Thomson Reuters Expert Witness Services (TREWS). I identify pain points, and work on solutions to help ensure TREWS' profitability and level of service to our customers.

Thomson Reuters Expert Witness Services connects attorneys with scholars and industry experts. As a recruiter, I find experts that meet the often very specific criteria for our clients. For the final year of my recruiter stint, I began working as a case manager, handling the search from initiation through completion.

This part-time position was a mix of technical support and research -- filling in wherever I was most needed.

MacKay & Company is a consulting firm focused on the mid-to-heavy duty vehicle, construction equipment and agricultural equipment markets. I performed data analysis, presentation & report editing, and general technical support.

I interned with the (then) new interactive media group named Northern Lights Interactive (later merged with Modem Media when True North/Foote, Cone & Belding purchased the company). As an intern, I performed a wide variety of tasks from data analysis to copywriting to editing. My most fun project was writing horoscopes to go with Snapple flavors.
