Over 21 years of experience specializing in environmental site assessments. Has performed, managed, and reviewed environmental site-acquisition assessments/due diligence assignments for a wide range of properties throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, including heavy industrial/manufacturing facilities, auto repair shops, gasoline stations, dry cleaners, tank farms, landfills, sewage treatment plants, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and office parks as well as multi-tenant properties and multi-site project portfolios. These assessments have been performed to evaluate site conditions and potential off-site liabilities, including current and historic site and off-site uses, in order to advise prospective buyers, lenders, owners, and operators of potential and existing environmental concerns and associated cost estimates for further investigation. Currently works as an ESA program manager, including technical client management for key client accounts and gold star clients, client communications, management of field staff, and ESA technical QA/QC reviews. Has conducted subsurface investigations and remediation, overseen underground storage tank and underground hydraulic lift removals, and collected samples for asbestos, radon, lead in drinking water, and lead-based paint.
