Manage overall administration of benefits for over 3000 eligible employees in the US and Canada at more than 150 locations.*Administer employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide in US and Canada, including benefit programs such as 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA, and COBRA.*Develop and manage monthly audit, payment and reconciliation of vendor data and invoices to ensure data integrity and accuracy.*Oversee the 401(k) and retirement/savings plans, manage vendor performance, and ensure compliance by meeting reporting and disclosure requirements.*Work with external audit teams completing all required compliance filings and testing including non-discrimination testing, Form 5500 plan audit pension valuation, PCORI and Transitional Reinsurance.*Assist in Open Enrollment including plan renewals, plan design recommendations, communication and implementation of changes.*Ensure that all the relevant ACA mandates are identified and Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements are met.*Provide timely communication to employees regarding benefits eligibility, enrollment applications, affidavits and other payroll deduction forms to initiate and/or change coverage elections.* Maintain consistent working relationship with broker and vendors to resolve issues.*Manage all Leave of Absence (STD, LTD, FMLA, ADA and Workers Compensation).*Manage workers compensation claims and reporting.*Assist and support CHRO and HR team members with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.*Serve as a back-up to Payroll.*Infor Cloud Suite implementation.
