Residence Inn by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Cascades Events Center - The ColonyResponsibilities include:- Work with current and target accounts to align customer and guest needs with our hotels services and features- Specialize in relocation, project and extended stay segments for the Residence Inn- Specialize in business transient, corporate group needs for the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Market meeting and event space of the Cascades Events Center to existing and target clients with unique menus and offerings to provide a foundation for successful programs - Proactive sales efforts to prospect new opportunities, uncover share shift opportunities, and grow existing accounts by building stronger relationships and loyalty- Ability to quickly identify opportunities, solve problems, and manage personnel and details essential to implementing the necessary positive changes - Establish/maintain contact with local Convention & Visitors Bureaus, Chamber of Commerce and area hotels in order to obtain group leads and referrals.

Led all Catering and Event efforts for The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Private events for museum members and non-members ranged in size from 20 guests to 1,200 guests. Responsibilities included all sales, contracts, details, rentals, staffing, and execution of the event. Bon Appetit Management Company is the contracted exclusive caterer for the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Bon Appetit is known for it's culinary expertise and committment to socially responsible practices. Grew sales from $300,000 to over $900,000 in 4 years.
