This event included a skating rink, targeted and interactive booths, human claw installation, and a stage with live music. We saw up to 3,200 people over each three day run. My responsibilities included managing and maintaining one semi truck’s worth of inventory/assets for installation, tech and attendee management training for local BAs, installation/strike/repairs of footprint and assets in tandem with the TD, and data gathering for weekly client recaps.Data included total attendee and individual attraction numbers, positive and negative effects of club and footprint location, photos, attendee quotes, and other relevant information. -
