Be responsible of the program called Pre-Importation Inspection, Testing & Certificate Program of Goods to Iraq, hereafter we called ICIGI. Implementing the ICIGI and issuing the COC/COI certificate to global traders and Iraqi importers.

Be responsible of managing the subsidiary company who offering the quality solution for the buyers in the field of non-consumer products, such as, Food, Automotive Products, Industrial Equipment, Building Materials, and so on in the global world. Also, providing related certificate to the goods exported to Middle East countries, such as, Iran, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia.

In HQTS Group, there are four companies: Helmsman Quality & Technology Services Co. Ltd., HQTS-QAI, Yoshida, Xinghengshi. Responsibility for managing the top customer's relationship in above four companies.

Established key account team to better understand our customer's needs and maintain a more open channel of communication. Build up good relationship with customer to collect related comments from them, so as to manage our team to offer the service as what customer need exactly; Resolve all complaints issues to find out solution to improve our service time by time; Get involved into the internal management to ensure HQTS working process running well to align with customer's expectation.

Working on DIM project, to explore HQTS service to new industry " Seafood and Mechanical products"; Support the General Manager at Helmsman Quality & Technology Services Co. Ltd. to manage the daily company's issue.
