Brooklyn FAM empowers and builds community across the borough's rich diversity through the universal power of the arts. Working in and with community in dynamic partnership with youth, artists, local leaders, and community organizations, the team designs and produces free in-person events that integrate performances with hands-on workshops and participatory public art projects. Our work centers marginalized voices and the underserved. The goals are to enhance access to high-quality, intergenerational arts programming; create space for communities to come together and share with one another; and maximize empathic, human connection through expression and creation. Brooklyn FAM is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit incorporated in the state of New York.
