Abstractors often draft data that is used by lenders, credit bureaus and land appraisers. Abstractors maintain and update the history, or abstract, of all of the changes in land ownership and may perform data entry as abstracts,once in the form of a thick book of transaction histories, and convert them to electronic formats.

As Admin and Membership Coordinator, I am expected to work with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills to assist with implementation of our membership plan to sustain, increase, diversify and engage dues paying members and assist with database and office administration. Mobile Baykeeper also expects a high comfort level with database management, meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, superior communication skills, creativity, strong computer skills, and a passion for the environment. Working to protect our coastal environment since 1998, Mobile Baykeeper provides citizens a means to protect the beauty, health and heritage of the Mobile Bay Watershed and our coastal communities. Our programs draw from the Alabama State Curriculum and emphasize historical awareness and critical thinking. Tours aim to inspire awe and generate curiosity about archaeology and the region's past, and make prehistory and history meaningful to student today. My responsibilities include giving a variety of diverse tours to all ages/groups, managing inventories, data entry, customer service, research and assisting in educational programming, event planning, and social media retention. I am often called on to document our events and local history through visual media, including interviews. The museum has extended my experience to GEMS (Girls Engaged in Math and Science), scouts, summer camps, docents, field trips, senior citizens and more. We have many tours to offer, including: General Tour Alabama Prehistory & History, Life in Colonial America, Campus Tour, Storytelling Through Time, Art & Archaeology, Archaeology 101, Visite en francais, Science and Archaeology, and our Rocks and Minerals Lab.

Every great photographer needs an assistant. Local photographer, Brad Puckett, is no exception. My job is to do whatever is needed to aid in his ability to capture major events such as: engagements, weddings, commercial shoots for companies and other major events. Some events require a second shooter, special lighting, data back-up or loading and inventory.

Director of Marketing for Anytime Fitness of I-65 with previous management experience within two other Anytime facilities. I was the founding manager of the first Mobile location and have been cross-trained in each of our positions. This is a 24/7 business run by a maximum of 3 people with duties including an expectation to advertise through email, social media, as well as through public means. This includes guerrilla marketing of every kind, cold calling on businesses, and attending local events. I construct wellness programs for businesses, as well as, creating health fairs and expos. I'm heavily involved with member retention, including incorporating creative ideas that will help us maintain a strong, happy, well-educated member base.
