I have been happily married to my husband Moises for 10 years and am the proud mother of a beautiful little boy named Moises Anthony.I presently work for SHP Management as a Property Manager and have been in property management for nearly 10 years. During the past 10 years I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse real estate portfolios which included affordable residential units and commercial space. The portfolios also included several funding sources such as LIHTC, HOME, PBS8, 811PRA, MassHousing, AHP, LURA, and AHTP funding. I hold several industry designations through IREM, NEAHMA and NAHMA: (CPMc), (ARM), (NAHP). I am also a Notary Public in the state of Massachusetts and bilingual in English and Spanish.As a Property Manager my responsibilities include working with all site management related issues, programs, policies, plans, rules, regulations, contracts and agreements in accordance with company policies. Preparing annual operating budgets; monitoring and performing budget projections. I supervise maintenance and administrative personnel and all daily onsite operations such as rent collection, maintenance purchases, turnovers and leasing, recertifications, marketing, resident relations and regulatory agreement compliance.In addition to property management, I am also a Real Estate Sales Associate with Coco Early and Associates. I began my Real Estate career in 2004 and after several years of inactivity have returned! As a Sales Associate and member of the Northeast Association of Realtors, I uphold the highest level of professional and ethical standards when helping my clients navigate through the process of selling or buying their homes.I believe we all play an intricate part in the overall human experience others have while on this earth and I have made it my personal mission to use my experience, skills, knowledge and compassion to help those I have the privilege of encountering professionally or otherwise.
