I work as both a driver and courier. As a driver I assist clients in getting to and from doctors appointments. As a courier I work closely with the pharmacy and sterilization departments at Valdese and Grace hospital in ensuring that local doctors offices get both the medicine and equipment they need each week.

I was responsible for dealing with customer accounts and complaints. My main goal was if there were to be a upset customer coming in I made it my priority to have them pleased and happy before they left my office.

I was responsible for making cold calls and answering customers questions regarding inventory. I also took all the pictures of the vehicles as they entered the lot and managed the companies facebook page
