I am a corporate attorney who thoroughly enjoys and is committed to my clients and their efforts to build, develop and maximize their business. I have been fortunate in my career to have worked in a variety of environments, including serving as General Counsel for two closely held companies, an attorney at both national and local corporate law firms and as litigation counsel.
