Responsible for implementing and overseeing the CSIP (Challenge Support Intervention Plan) model that aims to reduce violence and aggression through case management. This case management model requires me to work within a multi-disciplinary approach whilst also being required to work 1:1 and in group environments to support behaviour change. As a caseworker, I help inform the development and implement new initiatives to support with violence reduction and community safety. Key ResponsibilitiesTo take a lead on disseminating the CSIP model throughout the establishmentProvide relevant information, advice and individual support to clients with the aim of reducing risk of violence and aggressionWork closely with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met. Completion of post incident assessments Attend CSIP case reviews for individuals on my caseload to assist other professionals in responding to individuals in a way that supports desired outcomes.Use a combination of motivational work, relationship building and therapeutic skills to engage individuals to address their behaviours. Understanding the value of modelling desirable behaviour Undertake assessment of risk, needs and attitudes to inform the individuals intervention planTo maintain accurate records for my individual caseload ensuring that files are kept up to date and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements. • Delivering a wide range of training packages including: manual handling, first aid, safeguarding, and shift leading. • My speciality is in delivering bespoke manual handling training nation-wide. I have created additional manual handling training programmes and fall prevention training packages. • Development and updating of all training packages, and liaising with the quality department to ensure consistency.• Assessing learners needs and capabilities and adapting the training packages appropriately. • QCF TAQA trained assessor. • Supervising/ evaluating training provided by the organisation.

• Understanding of the CQC/ CSSIW regulation, and how they are implemented in the workplace. • Budget management - I was responsible managing the financial budgets within the service. This includes supervision of the petty cash system. • Analysing behaviour and creating safe behaviour management systems. This involves collecting data from behaviour monitoring forms, inputting data into excel and analysing this to provide evidence to support which behaviour management methods are most effective. • Quality auditing- I have completed audits following the guidance of the CQC quality systems for example: it the service safe? Is the service effective? is the service caring? is the service well led? and is the service responsive? • Providing supervision and career progression support to staff. • Input staffing hours into payroll and answering any of staff concerns in regard to this.
