- Direct management of sector-agnostic £240m portfolio of highly levered assets.- Maintaining regular client engagement at Board-level. Monitoring and analysing client management information as well as internal KPI metrics to ensure early identification of opportunities and risks.- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders including legal firms, agents and debt advisors, on client requests such as documentation amendments, waivers and new business.

- Delivery of numerous risk projects from identification of issue to delivery of action plan to address.- Development of new initiatives and delivery of training to support Coverage colleagues in delivery of financial targets, working closely with stakeholders to coordinate.- Product Management of a number of Lending Products - accountable for product governance including approvals, amendments, risks, testing and complaints.- Project management - delivering two key projects simultaneously, within agreed timeframes.

- Developing Procedures documentation and working with risk colleagues to hone and embed these.- Working with Finance business partners to consolidate reporting into a single dashboard, providing clear visibility of KPIs across multiple work streams.- Team administration: coordinating team-wide events, monitoring costs, running performance management processes, managing team restructuring, preparing communications and materials for Executive level colleagues.

- Support for Executive Office including planning and delivery of large events. - Key aspects of strategy, governance and communication including coordination of annual strategy documentation, acting as Secretariat for Committees and developing communications plans.
