Assures that provisional application is online by March 15. Responsible for printing, compiling and distributing the Provisional Notebook. Responsible for evaluating fulfillment of provisional contracts. Ensures, with help of Membership Manager (volunteer position) and Database Manager (staff position), that Provisionals who have dropped the course are taken off rolls by January 1 and other duties as assigned by the Membership Manager -

Explain and ensure implementation of international Gamma Phi Beta Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Procedures, etc. by assigned collegiate chapter(s). Provide rationale for changes as needed. Work with other collegiate chapter supervisors, recruitment supervisor, finance supervisor, regional/new chapter team leader and professional staff to ensure healthy chapter operations and address chapter challenges, crises and situations, as appropriate. Communicate with assigned facilities specialist(s) or professional staff member as needs arise with facilities, affiliated house corporations or local facility advisory committees for assigned chapter(s). -
