Leads the Provisional Committee, which includes organizing and running committee meetings, engaging committee members in meaningful experiences, ensuring committee members are growing as leaders and volunteers and retaining committee volunteers. Serves as a member of the Membership Council and attends all Membership Council meetings. Oversees and manages Provisional Committee budget with the Provisional Vice Chair. Serves as Chair of the Provisional class. Divides Provisionals into small groups and assign advisors to each group. Educates membership on provisional system and policies; prepares information for proposers (ensuring inclusion of Bylaws, Standing Rules and Policies). Works with Vice Chair and Membership Council to design a course of study to teach Provisionals information necessary to become active members in the league. Concentrates on course development in the areas of the community, in-league, and the Association of Junior Leagues International. The Membership Council must approve course. Assures that provisional application is online by March 15. Responsible for printing, compiling and distributing the Provisional Notebook. Responsible for evaluating fulfillment of provisional contracts. Ensures, with help of Membership Manager (volunteer position) and Database Manager (staff position), that Provisionals who have dropped the course are taken off rolls by January 1 and other duties as assigned by the Membership Manager

Support school teams in creating pacing guides aligned to standards, curriculum, and school and student needs. Align curriculum, instruction and assessment guidance to meet achievement targets.Assist in the development and implementation of campus instructional plans that align to district goals and curriculum. Facilitate grade level/content team meetings, including intellectual preparation and weekly data meetings. Provide coaching in support of signature instructional practices and provide demonstration lessons, modeling, and co-teaching as needed. Observe classroom instruction and provide feedback that facilitates teacher reflection and growth. Work closely with school leaders to support the development of teacher. Keep up-to-date on educational research and best practices. Contribute as a member of the school's leadership team.

Appoint and train chapter advisors for assigned chapters and assist the chapter advisor inensuring a functional advisory board is appointed and trained. Coach and mentor chapter advisors using chapter advisor training curriculum and resources. Conduct annual performance evaluation for chapter advisors of assigned chapters and have ongoing conversations regarding performance. Promote chapter and officer excellence by reading and responding to monthly chapter officer reports, completing Order of the Crescent annually with assigned chapters and reviewing suggestions from chapter visit reports. Ensure chapters meet good standing requirements and comply with international guidelines andexpectations by reviewing chapter operating documents and plans as well as all informationsubmitted via Beta Base and Billhighway. Collaborate with regional/new chapter team leader to determine and schedule chapter visits for assigned collegiate chapter(s) annually using chapter visit guidelines and, if necessary, submit report via Beta Base within 10 days of visit. Ensure assigned chapter(s) achieve the specific goals set forth by the Sorority’s strategic plan and chapter plans and complete monthly reports to communicate chapter progress. Explain and ensure implementation of international Gamma Phi Beta Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Procedures, etc. by assigned collegiate chapter(s). Provide rationale for changes as needed. Work with other collegiate chapter supervisors, recruitment supervisor, finance supervisor, regional/new chapter team leader and professional staff to ensure healthy chapter operations and address chapter challenges, crises and situations, as appropriate. Communicate with assigned facilities specialist(s) or professional staff member as needs arise with facilities, affiliated house corporations or local facility advisory committees for assigned chapter(s).

Execute high quality and engaging lessons aligned to foundational skills. Train in Orton-Gillingham research proven practices. Attend monthly professional development workshops. Analyze and respond to data in order to maintain effective response to intervention programming.

Collaborate with regional lead teachers and administration to analyze, strategize and plan proactive instructional methods to support and accelerate student growth. Facilitate sessions for the TN Partners in education conference (We Are in Alignment: Standard Aligned Feedback). Lead region-wide professional development workshops to K-2 teammates related to aggressive monitoring, real-time feedback, scaffolds/ differentiations and lesson/standard internalization. Facilitate instructional planning meetings with grade level teams. Assist in curriculum development and planning. Establish and record exemplary classroom academic and behavioral systems and routines that support the whole child.

Guide students through reading, writing and mathematics content standards to achieve 1.5 years growth in reading and MAP assessments. Motivate students through engaging and authentic lessons to ensure that they develop a growth mindset and preserve through rigorous and challenging tasks. Participate in weekly professional development aligned to students’ academic, emotional and social needs. Evaluate assessment data in order to construct flexible and differentiated groups that target misconceptions and achievement gaps.

Explored and tested varying instructional strategies outlined in the KIPP Reading Habits Rubric. Executed a model lesson for teachers in the collaborative to receive positive and constructive feedback. Introduced team members to successful teaching strategies that have prompted sufficient growth and understanding from students engaging with complex texts.

Mentor women of all ages and background through their Provisional (Enrollee) Year with the Junior League of Memphis. Advocate for women and their the level of engagement and exposure they were given to all parts of the Junior League of Memphis . Organized monthly small group meetings to ensure prompt communication of dates and tasks, as well as, build relationships with better members.

Collaborated with culture leads and student support team to develop proactive measures to ensure a safe and positive learning environment for students. Coordinated with team members engagements to promote a positive staff culture and opportunities for collaboration.

Participated in an intensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to achieve significant gains in student achievement. Taught in a summer school program run by Teach for America for students in Memphis public schools under the supervision of a faculty of experienced teachers. Engaged in a comprehensive program of professional development including seminars, discussion groups, workshops, and content and professional learning communities specific to teaching license areas.
