My experience in the global mobility and employee benefits industries enables me to lead the transformation of workforce programs. Utilizing first-hand knowledge of industry best practices and data, I advance the initiatives of clients and support their talent management, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and ESG goals. I collaborate with subject matter experts, Human Resources, Procurement, and Talent Management professionals that balance the needs of varied stakeholders. Passionate about advancing workforce and mobility practices, I contribute to discussions within the mobility industry and speak regularly at industry events. By leading custom research on a variety of subjects I'm able to provide insight on cost, risk management, program structures, and workforce demographics.I'm regularly called on as a subject matter expert for a number of publications such as HR Magazine, Expatica, and the Boston Business Journal. In addition to regularly contributing to Weichert's blog, I have written extensively on a wide range of topics, including workforce deployment strategies, flexible approaches, cost of living, and talent acquisition. I enjoy serving the mobility community, including the Editorial Advisory Committee for both MOBILITY (Worldwide ERC) and Perspectives (Canadian Employee Relocation Council), and served on the session planning committee for conferences.
