Customer Service Specialist
CurrentI am a customer support specialist in Insurance office, where we provide auto, home, ATV, motorcycle, commercial and residential insurance to customers in New York and Vermont State. I file documents, answer customer and insurance company calls, I enter new customer information for auto and home quotes as well as auto endorsements for our customers into our Ezlynx system as well as make changes on the insurance company's websites. I process renewals, endorsements and new business paperwork ensuring the information is accurate and update on the paperwork itself as well as in our database. I assist customers over the phone and in person with making payments on their insurance policies. I print, fax, make copies of documents to customers, insurance agencies, loan companies and even the DMV when necessary. I also assist in making bank deposits of any cash payments we take in the office. I provide courteous customer service to our clients while also ensuring their privacy of their personal and private information that they must give us in order to receive quotes for insurance.
