I am responsible for dispatching patrol officers to emergency and non-emergency operations, 9-1-1 operations, monitoring alarm systems and video surveillance as well as maintaining patrol response records. I also handle phone calls, both emergency and non-emergency and I enter tickets from the patrol officers into our system.

I was given the position of assistant manager when the new store opened in the Rockaway location. I assisted the store manager and co-manager to get the store in working order and helped train all of our staff. I am in charge of making sure the store is clean, organized and properly stocked with our merchandise. Also, I am responsible for making sure all employees know our policies and are abiding by them. I was promoted to co-manager in March 2016. I make sure that every customer is treated well and leaves our store satisfied.
