I have over twenty years of experience in public education. I am a servant leader who has a strong desire to help others and is willing to sacrifice my own comfort to see a student, teacher or administrator accomplish goals. I value the inherent worth in others, and I recognize the individual's unique mental, physical, and spiritual needs. I am able to inspire respect, confidence, and trust. I can also deal with stress; particularly stress that relates to accountability, deadlines, budgets, and the implementation of a vision. I am a radical learner who is driven by a desire to learn and make a difference, by a love of children and education, by a sense of hope and destiny, and by sense of honesty and personal accountability.
