Jennifer Cross is the Owner of Perceptive Leadership Services (formerly Princeton Leadership Services). Her mission is to positively transform corporate culture one employee at a time through consulting, leadership development programs, and executive coaching. Areas of specialty include coaching for performance, developing and facilitating training sessions and staff retreats around leadership-based topics, as well as evaluating, designing and executing staff development programs. She also leads organizations through their development of vision, mission, values and comprehensive strategic planning processes. Jennifer has enjoyed working with a diverse array of organizations throughout the Midwest and Northeast since 1997. Current and past clients represent educational institutions, non-profit organizations, government agencies, business and industry, medical organizations and athletic teams/departments. In 2016 Jennifer co-founded Athlete Viewpoint - a survey research company supporting intercollegiate athletic departments and industry associations - which was acquired by Game Plan in 2021. Prior to starting this company, she worked at several higher education institutions providing leadership training and team-building programs for staff and students. Jennifer also designed and taught a course on “Creativity and Innovation in Leadership” at Bradley University for the Leadership Studies Minor. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In 2018 she became a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing in Education. She is a Lead Facilitator for the LeaderShape Institute, Inc. and a proud alumna of Mortar Board. Jennifer is an active volunteer in the local community.
