I began at VistaColor as a Pre-Press Specialist preparing packaging and commercial files for printing, making client proofs & comps, running blue lines, making plates for multiple Heidleberg presses on a Lotem and running large film on a Dolev. As Creative/Art Director of QuantumLife, a holistic guide to South Florida, my responsibilities included creating marketing campaigns and materials, cover concepts and designs, design of 95% of the ads displayed in the guide, copywriting and the layout of the magazine on a biannual basis for print.

As a CSR I took incoming calls from customers with questions about their bills and/or service, met a monthly and yearly sales quota, worked as a relief supervisor and cleared system errors from rejected orders.

International Color Posters was a large format silk-screen printer in Medley, FL. My duties there included handling all packing and shipping of jobs, ordering of materials and supplies, scheduling client press checks and making all travel and hotel arrangements for clients. I also dealt with the clients on a one on one basis when they came in for their press checks.
