By listening and empowering a team, and the individuals, they grow, become engaged, and collaborate. A visual system with clear expectations of what is needed, and accountability facilitates consistency and the feeling of teamwork. This approach has led to delivery improvements in three different manufacturing companies across different industries. I am also a follower of continuous improvement.
