About Jennifer Dagdigian

I am an experienced ops leader with a passion for startups and technology. I was a founding employee of Paladin Software, which was acquired by Brandwatch in 2022. During my time at Paladin I helped lead ops which gave me experience in many sides of the business including: process development, sales, product, and customer management. Specifically, I led the GTM strategy for our new Influencer Discovery tool, brought in 17 new customers, automated our customer billing and payments, and managed 50+ customer relationships. I also supported our M&A and due diligence process for our sale to Brandwatch in May 2022, and spent the first 6 months after the acquisition supporting our integration efforts across the business with a focus on product and engineering. I led our SSO efforts, which led to 1.5K+ trial sign ups, our Shopify integration, and several other product releases. I love technology. I love making an impact. I love helping businesses grow.
