Responsible for project coordination, resource management, forecasting accuracy, financial operations and internal business processes in support of the Professional Services team.

Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of medical practice documentation improvement activities at specified practice sites.

Focused on overall patient experience within the hospital to assist with improving patient satisfaction at St. Anthony Hospital. Served as a liaison between co-workers, patients, visitors and aid/support for patients during their hospital stay. Compiled and analyzed patient experience data to hospital staff, directors, and administrative team. Served as primary resource for Press Ganey reporting and technical issues. Chair for interdisciplinary Patient Experience Team (PET) within the hospital.

Coordinated quality improvement & HIT programs. Served as QA resource for statewide partners and assisted with Oklahoma Clinicians’ Network events. Assisted members with PCMH, EHR & Emergency preparedness programs. Supervised staff for HCCN program.

Provided administrative supervision over diabetes program. Responsible for the planning, developing and coordinating health programs and staff at Merle Boyd Center.
