In my new role, I help lead our Florida and Georgia teams in creating and adopting Best Practices designed to produce consistent, excellent work that adheres to our Professional Standards. In addition, I work with our Finance organization to furnish the Area President of this geography with actionable data that positions us to maximize revenue collection and profitability. Finally, I bring Project and Priority Management principles to make significant progress on improvement opportunities throughout our geography and beyond.
