- Ascertain the learners’ work experience needs- Establish a work experience schedule for 900 students within the Technology department; Aerospace, Automotive, Building Services, Construction and Engineering - Support tutors and learners with progression advice and guidance to support positive progression for all learners- Establish links with employers to arrange quality work experience opportunities for all learners studying vocational courses- Monitor and assess the suitability of placements and the overall success of the work experience programme- Work with other agencies to ensure best practice for work experience and progression opportunities- Provide a coordinated approach to ensure the right students are on the right courses and that the appropriate progression opportunities are available- Work alongside the Entrepreneurship and Enrichment team to organise Bespoke Employability Events
