- Identify, develop and implement strategies for effective leadership in the areas of direct mail fundraising, telemarketing, membership development, multi-channel marketing, and branding efforts as they relate to The Lukens Company's nonprofit clients.- Oversight of client relationships, internal-team relationships, and account operations during the planning, development, and execution of direct marketing campaigns as well as client communication with regard to creative needs, fundraising goals, budgets, workflow and billing.- Management of all nonprofit account teams including account directors, executives, managers, assistants and production managers - providing daily mentoring and ongoing training for new and existing employees in the nonprofit division.- Provide marketing and sales support for new clients, products, and service ideas.
