As an Integrative Health Coach, my passion is whole-person wellbeing for everyone and my coaching style is suited to each person’s bioindividuality. My goal as a Health Coach is to support and guide each client to their personal health and wellness goals in a safe space of unconditional, positive regard with an emphasis on whole-person health. I hold a diploma in Integrative Health Coaching as well as advanced certificates in Hormonal Health and Whole-Person Health- all from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My skill set is complimented with 10+ years of direct adult/geriatric patient care, counseling my lifelong learning is highlighted by master’s level studies, a postbacc certificate in medical sciences, a BA in communication, and smoking cessation counseling among others. I am also a proud military veteran after serving honorably as a Hospital Corpsman in the US NAVY throughout the continental US and abroad. I am thankful for the rich learning environments my service offered.
