contribute to running a clean, friendly and well maintained club Provides a safe, fun and interactive environment to children using the Kid’s Club. Conducts all activities in a positive and professional manner. Follows all Kid’s Club policies and procedures. Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kid’s Club area and ensures child remains in designated area. Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities. Responsible for general cleaning duties in Kids Club including disinfecting toys. Ensure parent/guardian completes and signs the Kid’s Club Register when checking in and checking out children. Ensure proper payment is received for the use of Kid’s Club

Handle incoming calls, Greet everyone who comes in the front door, Check in members and verify membership, Register guests and collect guest fees, Register prospects and channel them to the membership department, Provide directions, Promote, register and collect all fees for: o Group fitness classes o Karate classes, etc o All special events Sell and keep supplies stocked of all snack and drink items, Handle membership payments, cancellations and freezes, Keep all equipment straight and check out when needed, Keep track of any program logs, Keep desk and lobby neat and clean at all times, Keep supplies stocked at all times, Be responsible for security for self and others, and Undefined work assigned by supervisor

Responsible for greeting and offering assistance to customers as needed, Assists in the execution of merchandizing and operational functions to Company Standards within sales floor areas where assigned, Responds appropriately to POS backup calls and Service Desk calls and assists at POS and Customer Service as needed, Solicits, opens and activates Kohl’s Charge applications, Performs and assists with price changes, fitting room recovery, sales floor and fitting room recovery outside of immediate department area and housekeeping duties, Preparation and taking of inventory, and stock room organization, and Shows initiative to work independently to meet presentation and recovery expectations.
