If I were to describe myself in a few words, I would say I am a compassionate , friendly, hard working women who likes helping people. It is very rewarding to me to make someone smile. Customer service is one of my strong skills along with reliability and efficiency. I have been in the Healthcare industry for many years . I have worked in many different situations from along side of Doctors in the Trauma Bay at Reading Hospital entering in their orders in such a high stress environment to along side of the patients as a Guest Service Member acting as their liaison for their concerns and worries. I provide skills like professionalism, problem solving , accountability and many more in all my current and previous job descriptions, and always with a smile.
