Responsible for the tenant improvement process through lease negotiations, budgeting, plan review and design, infrastructure, municipal approval, sub-contractor management and construction. Liaison between the tenant representative, construction personnel and Landlord to ensure that projects are completed according to defined timelines and budget parameters.

As Director, my responsibilities included managing the general contracting services for a variety of clients. I directed the efforts of the project team and internal staff and my responsibilities included oversight of ground up development, construction and tenant finish-out.
