I am a PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor/Payroll functional expert with technical skills, having 20+ years of payroll experience, including more than fifteen (15) years in the Public Sector. My experience on a PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 implementation team and as a Time & Labor/Payroll functional lead for three system upgrades (8.9, 9.1, and 9.2) all allowed me to gain valuable hands-on knowledge and skills in many areas of the PeopleSoft HCM system, including Time & Labor, Payroll, Commitment Accounting, Core HR, Benefits, and Securities. With my specialized technical skill-set, payroll knowledge, unique experience, broad understanding of the District’s Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and policies, and ability to analyze complex situations, I am able to provide significant value to the District as I partner with the District’s managers, Strategic Financial Planning team, Finance Department, and IT Department to provide information and resources necessary for short and long-term planning of the District’s human capital.Payroll is the District’s largest, most complex, compliance-driven liability; and it is my responsibility to ensure all payrolls are accurate and on-time, and that the District has the tools and resources it needs to utilize the wealth of human capital management information housed within the PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll systems. I do not take this responsibility lightly and work diligently every day to provide the highest level of customer service to all those touched by Payroll.
