    •Coordinate muli-year federal grants and cooperative agreements. Work with the contractor to prioritize tasks for monthly development activities. Identify improvements for the SECOORA data portal to provide a better user experience. Identify archived data sets from within the SECOORA domain from academic programs and state and federal agencies for inclusion in the portal.•Assure quality control for real time data (QARTOD) data flagging requirements are implemented by PIs who operate real time oceanographic sensors. Working with Second Creek Consulting to develop an interactive quality control interface that provides daily QARTOD flag reviews for water level data.•Lead proposal writing teams in order to leverage the work conducted in the SECOORA 5-year Cooperative Agreement and expand ocean observing in the 4-state region.• Developed the 2026 – 2030 SECOORA Regional Coastal Ocean Observing System Strategic Operational Plan based on stakeholder-identified needs in the four-state region. • Participate on the SECOORA Annual Members meeting planning team and Board of Director meetings. • Represent SECOORA at national and state workshops and symposia. • Work with NOAA line offices to coordinate ocean observing activities and build project teams for grant proposals.
