With Chief Innovation Officer, lead Turner’s dedicated Innovation Department to identify, test, and scale transformational technologies and processes that will shape the future of construction. With CInnO, develop and implement innovation strategy to achieve company priorities and goals, and to generate new business opportunities offering valuable benefits for company and customers. Lead Innovation Project Managers focused on innovation projects and R&D initiatives that bolster Turner’s ability to capitalize on emerging technologies and processes that improve project delivery.

Work directly with the network of Regional VDC Managers to implement BIM/VDC across the over $6 billion of annual VDC project WIP volume. Includes developing and improving standards, conducting in-house national instructor led training, and working with new and emerging technologies for the advancement of VDC to benefit Turner’s projects.
