My role involves supporting Territory Managers in building a robust sales pipeline while actively prospecting and cross-selling our diverse range of products.Key Responsibilities:Provide top-notch customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced sales environment.Qualify potential leads and strategically source new customers within my territory.Develop creative engagement strategies to build rapport and effectively communicate the Premier Truck Rental value proposition.Collaborate with Territory Managers for scheduling customer visits, trade shows, and facilitating new customer hand-offs.Facilitate in-person meetings and set appointments to drive sales initiatives.Accurately qualify and quote inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and data entry into our systems.Manage the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the credit process.Drive cross-department collaboration to coordinate On-Rent and Off-Rent notices, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.Identify and arrange equipment swaps for customers meeting our de-fleeting criteria.Organize and analyze data within our CRM to support multiple projects and activities.
