At the Environmental Protection Agency, I have built upon and utilized my scientific knowledge to provide regional and programmatic support related to the Superfund program. I have coordinated with regional partners to answer site specific requests, provide program and regulatory support, promote national consistency and work to manage the national remedial budget. I have worked to collect and assess national Five Year Review data and trends, and served as the lead on Five Year Review policy in the Superfund Program. I have participated in the Executive Leadership Program and done a detail assignment to the Region10 EPA Office of Environmental Cleanup as a Remedial Project Manager. Along with these activities, I have continued to take graduate courses to improve my knowledge base and maintain my knowledge of field observations and data collection. I continue to become involved in and volunteer in my community, currently through volunteering with Casey Trees, DC. I have also become engaged in the EPA community through the Response Support Corps, EPA Potomac Yard Green Team, and Emerging Leader Network activities.
