CurrentJennifer Ecker is a partner at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP. She is a skilled trial attorney with over 22 years of experience litigating commercial civil disputes concerning real estate, construction law, and general commercial business matters. Ms. Ecker has a wealth of experience representing commercial entities, owners, developers, Condominium and Cooperative Boards, managing agencies, along with commercial and residential landlords and tenants. She regularly litigates in the Supreme Court, the Civil Court, and before various administrative agencies. Her practice also includes: drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases; counseling clients on all landlord/tenant legal issues, construction law matters; analyzing and revising By-Laws and House Rules; and, supervising commercial and residential real estate closings.In addition, Ms. Ecker works closely with her talented and experienced team at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP to assist clients with all of their business and personal legal matters.
