I support the researcher development of the Postgraduate Researcher (PGR) community at Coventry University's Doctoral College & Centre for Research Capability and Development. In particular, I lead the PGR Welcome Programme, PGR Development Programme, the Thesis Boot Camp Programme, as well as PGR Events such as the Doctoral Capability and Development Conference. You will also find me supporting the PGR Well-being Initiative which brings attention to PGR wellbeing and includes activities specially directed to PGRs. Our PGR Well-being Initiative has been shortlisted twice for 'Best PG Well-being Initiative' in the Postgrad Awards 2020 & 2021. My interest in PGR well-being has also led me to become a Mental Health First Aid instructor with MHFA England.
