Teaching and learning are my jam! The sharing of knowledge is transformative. Simply put, developing and designing new and innovative learning experiences for an audience has become my passion. Bring on the opportunities that allow for creativity and individualized learning experiences through instructional design!With close to a decade of experience with instructional design, I’ve acquired a unique skillset with a solid foundation of best practices in both teaching and learning. Through utilizing ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy, I am confident in the skyrocketing of new knowledge in any environment.Furthermore, I’ve been blessed with additional opportunities that have strengthened my professional experiences. As a 2017 Golden Apple Foundation Award for Excellence in Teaching recipient and a content designer for the company, WeVideo, I’ve connected with and created content for hundreds of learners across the country.In a constantly changing world, I’m driven by the new and exciting ways to help others acquire and demonstrate new knowledge. Whether it be completing a needs analysis to develop learner objectives, some serious video editing, designing dazzling job aids, or putting the finishing touches on an engaging and individualized virtual learning course, I am all in!
